About
Two cabins on the eastern shore of Steenykill Lake at New Jersey's highest point, near Sussex. Each has electricity, a furnished living room with a woodstove, three bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with twin beds), a kitchen with hot and cold running water, an electric stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Sleeps up to six (up to eight with prior permission from the park superintendent).
Fees
$75/night NJ resident ($525/week); $85/night non-resident ($595/week), per New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry's published rate. A $5 non-refundable reservation fee applies per booking, per New Jersey's statewide camping reservation policy. A 2-night minimum applies for reservations until Memorial Day weekend, a one-week minimum from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, and a 2-night minimum from Labor Day through October 15.
Cabins are open May 15 through October 15 and closed the rest of the year.
