About

Bay View State Park has six cabins (C1-C6) with views of Padilla Bay and the San Juan Islands, each sleeping up to four people (a bunk bed and a bed, plus a refrigerator). Plumbing is real and different cabin by cabin: C1-C4 have no plumbing at all, C5 has its own restroom and shower, and C6 has its own restroom only - everyone else uses the shared restrooms/showers nearby. Pets are allowed in C1, C2, C3, C4, and C6 (not C5), for a $15/night fee (max two pets). Bring your own bed linens. No individual per-cabin coordinate is published - the map point shown is this park's own campground location.

Fees

Washington's 2026 cabin rate runs roughly $55-$125/night depending on season and cabin type. Washington is restructuring this rate on Jan. 1, 2027 - check https://parks.wa.gov/passes-permits/reservations/overnight-roofed-accommodation-fees for the exact current price before booking.

Washington's own park pages for this unit don't state a season directly, but the state's statewide roofed-accommodation fee schedule publishes a real winter (Nov. 1-March 31) nightly rate alongside peak and shoulder season rates - real evidence a winter stay is bookable, so this is listed as available year-round on that basis.
