About

Four cabins along the Connecticut River at Wilgus State Park. A cozy one-room cabin furnished with bunk beds and a futon or sleeper couch (bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, and towels), a table and two chairs, an overhead light, and an electric outlet, a covered front porch, a picnic table, and a fire ring with a cooking grate. There's no kitchen or bathroom inside - cooking is done outside (bring your own cookware), and restrooms and showers are a short walk away. All four (Eagle, Mink, Osprey, and Otter) are wheelchair accessible. Mink, Osprey, and Otter are pet-friendly; Eagle isn't.

Fees

$60/night for Vermont residents, $85/night for non-residents, plus $8/person/night beyond the base occupancy (6 people max per site). No cleaning deposit is required for cabins. Pets allowed on a leash cost $3/pet/night, same as Vermont's campsites.

The 2026 season runs May 8 - October 11, one of the earliest-opening cabin seasons among Vermont's state park cabins, with no winter access.
